    Micronations.net recently implemented the Alpha 1 release (after some delay due to offline schedule of the administrators), and while it is operational, there is a problem with the feeds. While it has successfully accepted the addition of all of our feeds, it isn't updating them. For instance, only two feeds are currently updating and for all feeds, any article published between Feb 23 and Mar 2 (of which there were several) is not showing up on the feed.

    Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

    Cheers

    I'd personally recommend trying trunk (see the Subversion instructions), as it may have been a Magpie bug. We're now using SimplePie.

    Note to self: package current trunk into beta 1.

    As a side note, the only reason that the current trunk isn't in beta form yet is because the upgrader is currently being finished off. (It will import from 0.7 and 1.0-alpha-1)

    Fatal error: lilina_return_items() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/mnceenet/public_html/mnn/news/inc/contrib/simplepie/simplepie.inc' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/mnceenet/public_html/mnn/news/inc/core/feed-functions.php on line 22

    The problem is, in the trunk, there is no SimplePie directory or .inc file listed for download. At least not that I can see via the following link: http://lilina.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/

    It uses svn:externals, so it should get it for you when you check it out.

    Have installed the latest trunk version, but the problem continues to persist.

    That's very weird. Until we can get this sorted out, try saving a copy of simplepie.inc manually from http://svn.simplepie.org/simplepie/trunk/simplepie.inc or download a nightly from http://simplepie.org/development/

    As a side note, what SVN client are you using?
